Katharine Halpin
Katharine is a former CPA who spent her accounting career in tax, audit and internal consulting. In 1995 she formed The Halpin Companies to address the issues she observed everyday in transitions and transactions; the people issues. Since 1995 she has helped leadership teams accelerate the growth of their companies - often by 2-3x - simply by getting the right people in the right roles, focused on the right priorities and building team and organizational-wide alignment.
